These Terms of Service govern your use of products and services provided by Hexor AI Solutions ("Hexor", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
All digital products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business operations. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of product files is prohibited.
The one-time setup fee covers initial deployment and configuration. Monthly maintenance fees cover system updates, model patches, and technical support. Maintenance is billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered/accessed. For HexorOS Engine deployments, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial deployment if the system fails to meet documented specifications.
Hexor AI Solutions provides software tools and AI infrastructure. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated output. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
HexorOS deployments are air-gapped by design. We do not have access to your data, prompts, or AI interactions once the system is deployed on your infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details on website data collection.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
