HexorOS provides self-hosted AI operating system software. By purchasing a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and lifetime license to run the software on your designated hardware for your own business activities.
You may modify prompts, system behaviors, and configurations. You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the core software stack to third parties unless agreed under an authorized agency partnership program.
HexorOS software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI models can produce hallucinations or inaccurate results. It is your business responsibility to supervise your autonomous agents' actions, email campaigns, outbound voice calls, and database updates.
You agree to use HexorOS and its outbound agents (email and voice) in full compliance with local telecommunication laws, GDPR regulations, the EU AI Act, and anti-spam legislation. We are not responsible for any misuse or legal non-compliance of your outbound campaigns.
