HexorOS is a private, self-hosted B2B artificial intelligence operating system. Because it runs locally on your own servers (self-hosted infrastructure) or your dedicated managed servers, every byte of data processed by your AI agents stays under your exclusive control.
We do not collect, store, or monitor your business data, chat histories, phone recordings, email logs, API payloads, or credential files. Your knowledge base stays sovereign.
2. Data Collection on Our Website
When you visit hexoros.com or use our order forms, we process the minimum data required to facilitate transactions and support:
- License Orders: Transactions are handled securely by our reseller partners (Digistore24 / Gumroad). They process your billing details. We only receive your email address, license status, and customer ID to validate your deployment.
- Website Inquiries / Trials: If you request a 24-hour trial or submit a contact form, we collect your email address and basic name context to set up your trial keys and contact you.
3. Managed Cloud Deployments
If you choose our Managed Cloud hosting rather than self-hosting on your own hardware:
- Your instance is deployed on dedicated EU-based virtual private servers (Hetzner VPS in Germany/Finland).
- We do not read or access your database files or agent conversations unless explicitly requested by you for technical troubleshooting.
- Data is isolated per tenant and encrypted at rest and in transit.

This website does not use tracking cookies, Google Analytics, or invasive marketing pixels. We respect your digital privacy.
